Bait Al-Mashura Financial Consultations succeeded in achieving a massive success in organizing its new webinar entitled “Islamic Fintech Practices and Prospects for the Capital Markets” with more than 120 attendees from the public on October 31, 2021, in cooperation with the leader entities in the Islamic Fintech Field, Qatar Financial Center, Hamad Bin Khalifa University, Khaliji Group, Wethaq and Refinitiv.
The workshop was moderated by Dr. Dalal Assouli, Associate Dean College of Islamic Studies, Hamad Bin Khalifa University and conducted by Mr. Henk Hogendoorn, CEO, Financial Sector at QFC, Mr. Asim Khan, CEO of Al-Khaliji group, London, Ms. Alaa Abed, GM at Wethaq Organziation Dubai and Mr. Ahmed Tayeb, senior researcher at Thomson Reuters Refinitiv.
The webinar is the fifth in a series of fintech webinars offered by Bait Al-Mashura company after the resounding success of its series of webinars since the beginning of 2021 on the importance of digital technology, which was presented for the first time in Qatar and the attendees praised the high professionalism and accuracy in coordinating the workshop in line with the policy of Bait Al-Mashura Company in its constant provision of a unique, innovative and interactive training and educational experience in education and training, which contributes to spreading a vision of continuous learning and permanent development to keep pace with the latest global technologies in the Qatari society.
